I have over 400 foreclosure/pre foreclosure leads that I got from a realtor friend of mine. I'm not sure what is the best route that I should take to utilize these leads they are all in the local middle Tennessee are , Nashville, Smyrna and Murfreesboro. Any advice for a very green investor on how to attack this. Thanks

Hi everyone,

I'm Enrique, I'm brand new to BiggerPockets and have just started my investing career in real estate a month ago. My business partner and I have started our business as wholesalers and plan to use the capital we gain doing deals to wards our first rehab fix and flip and continue from there. I'm looking forward to can knowledge and network with other investors here in my local market in Nashville and also in Chicago as well because my girlfriend lives there and I travel there at least twice a month. If anyone has any advice or expertise to share with  a green investor like myself it would be highly appreciated.

Thanks everyone

Happy Hunting!
