Thanks for the help I will most definitely be going through those podcasts. I had already downloaded all of them to my phone but want to read Brandon Turner's book The book on investing in real estate with no money down first.

I am Enrique Ortega from Phoenix AZ. I am brand new to real estate investing and have no background in it. Since I have been a kid I have always been interested in real estate. A couple weeks ago I went to a succes path seminar and found myself get very excited about the material. So I paid $3,000 to do their 3 day seminar because they promised to get me to flip a house within 90 days. That night I came home and dos some research on the company since I am always skeptical of these things. That is when I found this amazing website which told me that I need to get my money back, and the next day I did that very thing. So I am very excited to meet you all. Hello everyone. My name is Enrique Ortega in Phoenix AZ. I am very excited that there is a website such as BP that will allow me to network with amazing people such as yourselves. Since I was a kid I have very interested in investing in real estate. At first house flipping intrigued me the most, and in the last couple weeks since I found this wonderful sight I have been going through the discussions and making my way through some of the books that I have found to be great reads from this site. Since I started though now I'm going that there are a lot more options out there, and now I'm currently interested in multifamily homes. Never the less what I'm trying to ask is some guidance on what's a good place to start.
