I am Enrique Ortega from Phoenix AZ. I am brand new to real estate investing and have no background in it. Since I have been a kid I have always been interested in real estate. A couple weeks ago I went to a succes path seminar and found myself get very excited about the material. So I paid $3,000 to do their 3 day seminar because they promised to get me to flip a house within 90 days. That night I came home and dos some research on the company since I am always skeptical of these things.
