Hey guys - My current tenant wants to terminate her contract before the actual leave is up to purchase a house.She has about 8 more months to go. Should I tell her she must stay the whole time or what I was thinking maybe let her leave 2/3 months earlier? Thank you.

I have some skin in the game I was able to swoop up a condo this year ( in AZ) I have some money to bring to the table but I’d like to house hack with a multi family property but I don’t have a job right now because I just graduated from college so traditional loans are not an option for me right now. So maybe this partner would be able to help with that! 

I’m looking to build a team of players likeminded people. Hungry individuals who will do whatever it takes to succeed and is not afraid to take risks!

I’m currently living in BOSTON but looking to move to AZ (this is also where my condo is).

Hi all!

I’m brand new the investing in real estate however I know what I’m doing/ talking about. I’m from CT but at moving to AZ within the next month. I have a good amount set aside (around 40k) for a down payment on a rental property. My mom doesn’t want to co-sign because she’s scared of the risks. What should be my next step? Should I get a job just to qualify? It’s been tough because I’m coming from across the country. Please help :-)
