Any recommendations? Appreciate any insights. It's really frustrating that we're still having rodent issue after 4 months of treatment.

Does anyone have recommendation for a good rodent control company that treats 80 units apartment complex?  Our community has been having a lot of rodent issues and no vendor seems to have a solution. Desperately looking for a good recommendation. Thank you!

Hello! Just getting started in small apartments and is looking for some advice on where to post empty units. At our current renovation speed we'll have 3-4 units every month only, so does it worth to pay fees to post on apartments.com or zillow? If not, what other site can I try beyond criagslist?

Hi there! I am taking on a class c- property. I just heard from the onsite property manager that some tenants are planning to play slip and fall game. I have walked through the property and fixed visible things with risk, but I would love to know any attorney I should contact in case I need to fight through a lawsuit when there is a fraud. Any recommendations? The property is in downtown Atlanta. Thank you!

Hello everyone! We're planning to flip our own house. We'd need to add a bathroom and one or two rooms and renovate kitchen and current bathroom. Please kindly let us know if there is any contractors you would recommend. We're in Atlanta.

Thank you and Happy New Year!

Thank you so much for your insights! I'll do some research given the info you provided and reach out later.

REIA is always on the todo list... but we'll take it serious this time.

Bruce brought up a great point of keep going with Single Family. The reason we're thinking about Apartment is the hope of gaining some velocity. The rental income covers half of his w2 right now. And he wants to see more growth and a full coverage sooner. Is Apartment not really the way to go?

As you can tell from the fact that I'm posting here instead of my husband doing it himself, he is a very shy person... I don't have the extra time to do all the networking for him, although he is in charge of pretty much everything about the rentals. I'll definitely encourage him to go to REIA and find some meetups in town. If you know a group you would recommend, please definitely let us know. For someone like him it's easier to tell him a target group and say go meet with them, instead of simply telling him to explore.

Thank you all very much!
