Welcome to real estate investing! I am not in the area but I know someone will connect with you from Cincinnati. I am a electrician here in Oakland CA and one benefit my career has is I know great people from the jobsite who work hard and vary in trades. Get to know the best workers in all the trades, ask if they are interested in side work and create a team like I am. You will be providing a huge value to investors and the tradesman which will in also benefit you in creating connections and learning REI first hand! Best of luck!

I think the 3D tour is great! You can really get a good feel of the apartment, a lot of business is going online and people love to google things ahead of time. This will definitely help you going forward in the future as potential tenants can see if they area interested before contacting you, the apartment also looks great congrats!

@Brandon S. wow $1m is alot of money for a multifamily property, Washington DC is a very expensive place to purchase! Flipping can bring cash quickly I can see why you sold and everyone's situation and goals are different, for myself I see a huge benefit to buy and hold. The loan paydown, cashflow and all the tax benefits are huge. I understand my journey as a real estate investor will take some time to become financially independent, but I am in it for the long haul! I'll PM you and definitely interested in keeping in touch seeing how your investing goes in Cincinnati

@Brandon Swartwood hey Brandon, what brings you to the Cincinnati market? Being from the west coast I’m looking to learn as much as I can about the OH and WI markets. Which are you currently investing in and are you also a buy and hold investor?

@Jake Walroth Thanks! Excited to get started investing in the Cincinnati area, I am looking to do the same buy and hold either BRRRR or a property that will qualify for conventional financing.

Hello to the amazing bigger pockets community, I am a investor seeking friendship connections in the Cincinnati Ohio area. I would love to get to know local real estate investors and other local professionals from the area, as I am new the investing in this city and its surroundings. I love to talk real estate and have been doing a lot of research and educating myself in the past months and I believe Cincinnati Ohio would be a great place to invest in small multifamily properties and would like to eventually work my way up to larger multifamily properties. Would love to hear what the BP community has to contribute, I eventually want to fly out there and get to know the local market and other investors in person. Forming relationships is key to real estate investing and I am looking forward to hearing from anyone who would like to talk REI in general, feel free to connect and PM me directly even if its just to say hello!

Hello Bigger pocket community, I am currently searching for a investor friendly community lender in the Columbus OH area. I am in the market for a multi family property in class B or C neighborhoods in good school districts. I’d like to start the process for getting pre approved as I have the funds for a 20-25% down on a property under 100k, any help would be much appreciated!

Hello BP! I am currently searching for a investor friendly lender who does conventional financing on small multi family properties in Columbus and Dayton OH. In the process of buying my first rental property and finding the right lender will be crucial and would appreciate anyone who can recommend someone in these markets.
