Hey Guy,

Where in Florida are you looking exactly? The entire state or did you already narrow down a specific area (Central Florida, South Florida, North Florida), with that price range if you are looking in South Florida I would suggest to look at Lake Worth, Boyton Beach and some parts of Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach... let me know if you need any help would be happy to be of value.

Good Morning BP Family,

I wanted to see if there is anyone that specializes in Self Storage properties in South Florida, I have come across a deal that looks very promising but it's not my usual type of property. If anyone wants some additional info or might know someone that is interested please feel free to email me.

Have a fantastic day.

Hey Sarah,

If your interest is in a company that has a strong focus and structure on training in my experience Keller Williams is one of the best out there, they have some great courses and programs for anyone that is starting from how to lead generate to how to do a buyer/seller presentation as well. I am sure you have a KW where you are in California you should check them out.

Good luck :)

Korey,

I did mine on real estate express and had a great experience, course is easy to follow and the information was exactly what it needed to be for me to pass the exam on the first try.

Good Luck :)

Hey Brandt,

It works pretty much the same as looking for residential properties, you can go on http://www.loopnet.com/ and start looking around on there and you can call the agent/broker that has a listing and start working with them on that specific listing you found or just introduce your self and let them know what kind deals you are looking for and ask them to keep you in mind if anything like that comes up.

Hey Adam,

I use Arch they also have a powerdialer which helps, they send daily lists of FSBO'S and expireds. Some other good ones are vulcan7 (one of the best but on the $$$$ side) and I have also used Landvoice.

The main thing that you want to keep in mind is that it's a numbers game there are days you call 100 numbers and never actually have a proper conversation with anybody and some other days you call only a couple and are able to set up a few appointments.

So good luck and as long as you dial enough you will eventually manage to set up appointments, make sure your scripts are on point and you will do great.

Hope this helps

Hey Teri,

I also took my course for my Florida license via Real Estate Express and if you follow the course and review what they say will be on the exam (we have a sheet for the Florida exam which talked about the most common topics on the exam based on % of questions) you will do just fine :)

Good Luck and all the best for your new career
