Well my first 1000 post cards came in with a huge response rate of 1... yes only one response. However Micheal at yellowletters.com was kind enough to re design and re mail for me! I am excited to see the difference this makes!

I am not sure I talked to another wholesaler and they said they just put there phone number. I have still gotten deals off the email but you work alot harder it seems. I would love to have a seasoned wholesaler come on here. I just put my regular email.

Hey guys! So we have been sending letters out since February. We have our phone number and our email on the letters.

1st question- Do you put your email on the letters?

2nd- If you do and the seller contacts you by email what is your response to them? That is if they send you just a general email about getting our mail. We get about 50% of our responses by email.

Thanks for any feedback!

My experience with yellowletters.com has been nothing short of outstanding. I understand that what I am ordering from them takes time and I am probably not the only one who they sell to, so my order will get done in the order they received.

Your customer service rep called me before could even call them. They said that 87% hit the mail box on Saturday. They informed me that we probably had to much clutter on the card along with timing of the drop that caused the 0 responses. They offered to re run the batch at no cost and use the cards that you use. I tried to get them to let me pay but they wouldn't.  You have definitely earned a customer for all our direct mail needs.

Thank you,

Elliot

I use Stewart Title in Vancouver WA. They will do a double close they just require you have funds for the transaction.

I used mysmart move for my last two rental vacancies and I loved it. I will continue to use this service.

Thanks you really don't have to do that! I will call your customer service tomorrow and see what they say.
