Thanks for your replies. The realtor still can't get the tenants to cooperate so we decided to move on. Maybe we can check out the property once the tenants are evicted.

We just put in an offer but the tenants are not cooperating. They won't let us inspect the property. We like the neighborhood where the property is and the numbers make sense for us. But if the tenants are being a pain now we are wondering what will happen if we close the deal. Should we continue to wait or look for another property.
