Tenant is not cooperating

We just put in an offer but the tenants are not cooperating. They won't let us inspect the property. We like the neighborhood where the property is and the numbers make sense for us. But if the tenants are being a pain now we are wondering what will happen if we close the deal. Should we continue to wait or look for another property.

Tenants can not legally prevent a landlord or real estate agent and buyer from viewing a property.

Tell the seller to get his s**t together and give his tenants notice to enter.

If you can not view the property you can not make an offer.
