Hi there, I am trying to put together a team as I am beginning to invest in Bakersfield. Can anyone recommend a reliable handyman, gardener, plumber? Also, any suggestions on any one else I might need on the team?

Hello all,

My husband and I are new to investing. We closed our first deal last week in Bakersfield. We are excited about real estate investing and look forward to closing more deals in the near future. Our goal is to have 30 units by 2020. We are hoping to learn more about different ways to finance those deals. Browsing through various posts it is apparent that there is wealth of information and we hope to learn as much as we can.  Any pointers and suggestions about financing would be greatly appreciated.
