preface: I now run my own mastermind group for established christian real estate investors.

But with that said the reason i started my own is because the power and speed that investing in my network up to this year has had on my business. Nothing has allowed me to grow my brand and business more than introductions that have happened from the other mastermind and mentorships ive been a part of.

and for example in our mastermind group I am seeing more deal flow and opportunities to invest than ever before because we have built a community with people of similar values sincerely trying to help each other out and wanting to partner!

coaching, masterminds, networking it really comes down to will you put the work in.. Im actually a fan of things like this because it has helped me accelerate my growth but most people just waste the $20k or whatever bc they are waiting for the coach or program to take the action for them.

This space is all about relationships. Plug yourself in a community of like minded people, provide value, take action and your life will start to change quickly.

@Bryson Scott if you are in LA and planning to sell then selling with a vacant unit would be very attractive for potential buyer.

Our group focuses on both of these markets and always looking for more boots on the ground partners to add energy to what we are building.

Happy to connect further

I’ve payed thousands to be in masterminds and has been the #1 thing that has accelerated my career.

normally makes me the dumbest person in the room which is always a smart move.

Not sure the pushback here to masterminds. I’ve found most business owners doing 7 figures or more spend six figures in personal development and networking.
