Commercial Properties must have a Cap Rate of 15% or higher must be on site or have a Project Coordinator, have a plan of action, and markets favorable to lend.
Developments have engineering drawings drawn up it must be approved in the Country where you are trying to develop in coordination off accessing lending or in lue. Must have a Business plan, Proof of Funds for an injection, and Proof of Controlling asset.
