Looking for a Bi-Lingual investor to market to Hispanic, Indian, and Asian demographic and also market overseas. Minimum of 6 months experience necessary.  Investor will be responsible for sourcing leads, taking calls from this demographic, getting agreements signed, and preparing offers. You will be paid 10% of profits from the deal closed. This is basically an Acquisition Manager for overseas clients and natives who speak your tongue. 

This is a side deal to whatever you are working on -if you have a deal and its 65% ARV including rehab I would look to fund it and split profits 50/50.

India, Asia, China, New Delhi, Espanol, Spanish, Beijing, Mandarin, Chinese, South America, Brazil, Phoenix, Miami, Orlando, Charlotte, Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York.

We are now funding overseas in the 5 major highly populated continents; no War Zones. 

Residential & New Construction

Property must be 65% ARV including renovation. Must have a detailed strategy plan in getting the property renovated and up to market. Must provide plan of action in Executive Summary.

Commercial & Developments

Commercial Properties must have a Cap Rate of 15% or higher must be on site or have a Project Coordinator, have a plan of action, and markets favorable to lend.

Developments have engineering drawings drawn up it must be approved in the Country where you are trying to develop in coordination off accessing lending or in lue. Must have a Business plan, Proof of Funds for an injection, and Proof of Controlling asset.

Funding deals 100% No Upfront Fees throughout US Majors for Residential & Commercial properties.

Residential must be 65% ARV including rehab in low crime zones. Interest rates between 10%-15% depending on your credit and repetitive business.

Requirements for Commercial if it's cashflowing. Commercial property must have a high cap rate of 15% or higher if it meets this criteria would look to fund it. Also Do Rebuilds, rehab only loans, and new construction.

Being in the Real Estate Industry for 15 years since 2001, and returning amping production early last year we are looking to expand. We are looking to take on Real Estate Investor Apprentices to market and fund some of their deals. We will give you the material to market and you can combine with your own marketing material. Get paid initially 35% of profits for the first deal then it goes up to 50% we will fund the entire deal including rehab we just ask that you have experience and also focus on improving communities.
