Being in the Real Estate Industry for 15 years since 2001, and returning amping production early last year we are looking to expand. We are looking to take on Real Estate Investor Apprentices to market and fund some of their deals. We will give you the material to market and you can combine with your own marketing material. Get paid initially 35% of profits for the first deal then it goes up to 50% we will fund the entire deal including rehab we just ask that you have experience and also focus on improving communities.

Experience 6 mo./Experience Being a Realtor a Plus
Must have:

• Marketing Knowledge Expertise
• Be Able to Come Up with Proper Repair Estimates
• Contacts With Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Attorneys, Contractors
• Buyers List/Sellers List
• Communication Skills
• Know How To Operate a CRM
• Punctual with Time

You can get paid per lead or per successful closed transaction.
$15 Per Organic Lead
or initial 35% to 50% of profit of a Successful Closed Transaction
