Rehab Funding Loan Originator

Being in the Real Estate Industry for 15 years we are looking to expand to funding. We are looking to take on Rehab Funding Loan Officers to find investors who need funding for rehabs. Get paid initially 3% for a funded rehab goes up to 5% after your first successful rehab funded deal.

6 Mos Experience in Real Estate Industry/Experience in Mortgage Brokering and Finance a Plus
Must have:

• Must have a Strong Network or be willing to Network
• Strong Marketing Knowledge Expertise
• Good with Numbers|Mathematics
• People Person
• Communication Skills

You can get paid by the lead or per successful closed transaction.

$5 Per Organic Lead
or initial 3% to 5% of a Successful Closed Transaction (Referral Fee)
