It appears to be a broad-based issue. I am actively looking for a multifamily investment property to buy near Charlotte, NC. The leads have not been coming in as expected. I am looking for 4 units to 10 units. I have discussed with a number of RE Agents, they said they will get back, probably there is low inventory. 

I am an Engineer with a Master's degree in engineering. Trying to get my feet wet in real estate as an investor.

Please which area of NC do you have your 9-units? I am looking for multifamily investment property to buy as soon as possible.
