4-Plex or 10 Units Multifamily to buy in North Carolina

I am an investor looking to acquire a 4-plex to 10 units investment property in Charlotte, NC. The property could have tenants in it or need some work to be done. I will also consider properties in Gaston County and Cleveland County respectively.
