Hi everyone, I have been investing in real estate for years. Owns about 20 units rental. Recently upgrading my primary housing. Really like a coop. In New York coop unit is a purchase where you have to provide all your financial info to the board Memeber which is also your neighbores

I am worried that my neighbore knows that I own 20 unit rentals and look into details of my finance. Just feeling extremely weird.

but buying a condo or house is almost double or triple the money. If you were me would you feel uncomfortable that your neighbores knows how many units you own. What if someone on the board are weird out by that.
