DO NOT do business with Texas Turnkey Properties. I'd purchased a property from them in Jan 2015 and everything was 'fine'. I'm using his wife's company RPM Preferred to manage the property. I was shielded from all the 'bad' stuff that was going on with the property and the tenants. Recently, I'd contacted the current tenants and found out that the house is NOT up to code. The property and tenants were not taken care of by the property manager. I bought the house was told it was rehabbed to a high standard - DON'T BE FOOLED like I was! Do another home inspection before your purchase to proof everything is fixed as were told. The previous tenants totally destroyed the property and I had to spend thousands of dollars in repairs and lost several months of rent, AND still had problems when the current tenants moved in. I'm giving them every opportunity to make things right. They did not even apologize for the trauma that they put me and my tenants through.

Hi, I use Keystone CPA and they are very knowledgeable and familiar with rental properties. May be they will work for you Check them out here: http://keystonecpa.com/

They are located in Fullerton and I usually communicate with them via email, or phone calls.  I work with Amanda Han (CPA) and she's always very responsive.
