@Kerry Baird

Thanks for your advise. I think I'll keep investing in my local market for now.

At this point in my investing career it is Joe. I'm sure in a near future $200K will be pocket change. :)

@Anthony Gayden

Thanks for your imput on this. I think I'll invest in Tucson only If I don't find any deals within my price range in Phoenix. I'm currently looking for seller financed deals.

@Justin E. Thanks for your imput on this. I'd love to live in Tucson but I got stay in Phoenix for now. I came across a couple of seller financed deals in your city and I'm thinking about pulling the trigger but I got to get more info about the rental market. I don't want to be stuck with two vacant rental properties forever. Are you having any problems keeping your properties occupied ?

I've been checking those properties as well but the asking prices are too rich for my blood. I'm just a mini, mini, mini investor. :)

I'm thinking about buying a couple of rental properties in Tucson or Casa Grande ( SFR's, duplexes, even mobile homes on land ) and I'd like to hear from fellow BP'ers who own rentals in those areas. Basicallly I'd like to know what the rental market looks like these days in those areas. Thanks for your help
