thanks for the reply guys...

We are willing to take out time if the investor may be to busy and needs help to ensure that the rehab completes on schedule etcccc

We would bring deals in under contract, put no money in but have a joint venture interest and would also be willing to help in other areas for a larger percentage

Just thinking if we were to come across this scenario what would be the formula to calculate our additional involvement in overseeing the rehab

We are not acting as birddogs since we bring in deals already under contract, am I right that those that bring in deals already under contract are not birddogs....but not sure what to call them if we are not wholesaling here but have a joint venture interest....:>(

If we go into a joint venture and have no money but bring in the deal, and want to get paid at the end but this time we are more involved and oversee the project of the house getting rehabbed how much should we get here what is the formula once again, example would be helpful...thanks guys

If we do not have any money to put up on a joint venture but want to do a joint venture with a professional rei..where we bring the deals to them, and do not want to get paid up front but rather get paid more once the deal has been rehabbed and flipped how would we calculate what would be a fair payout to us and to the investor, can you provide example to help better understand

If I assign a property to a real estate investor, what is the formula, the calculation that a investor would perform manually or with a calculator to determine what would they pay out on deal where there is a spread of $60k, this way I can calculate what the minimum payout should be for me and what the maximum I can possibly get, if not too much trouble can you provide an example ...
