I need feedback on how to find homeowners online in I wish to offer a free report to them need some ideas how to find them who:

1) are distressed homeowners seeking to sell their house quickly

2) home owners not in distress just want to know where to find them online where they hang out

Hey guys I switched from hard money to wholesaling now, but focusing more on wholesaling. Decided to jump on the opportunity while the iron is hot, will not see a market like this in a while again.:)

Any experience with sales team live they do direct mail for real estate investors, hard to reach them waiting 3 3-4 days for a sales call back to me just curious does this mean they will no pick up if we have a problem down the link.

So what is your experience with their list and mailing, response rate and conversions and have you tried the postcard or letters in yellow.

Don't have any as of yet, but reviewing currently what others are doing then will select some on my own.

Social media is a big one, don't understand it as of yet, all I know it is a free powerful medium, facebook has either surpassed or equaling the traffic numbers google has making it a formidable enemy to google in terms of advertising dollars...google is nervous of facebook.

Social media is a must for me, so it will be one of my favorites, it's just I don't understand how it works just yet !

Yes...call capture is great have used it before in the mortgage industry back in the day before the mortgage meltdown, but works wonderfully.

For those of you whom are not familiar with call capture, what it does for you it captures the callers phone number even if he or she blocks it and can follow up on them, great tool have used it myself and got results.

Those yellow letters, seem to hear good things about them, and many people or gurus in different areas recommend them.

What is it that makes them so effective michael, what have others stated about these yellow letters ? I am sure that the sales copy must be on point as well to do its job.
