No. I’m a physician and am a hospitalist so very high demand all the time and protected with covid cause we manage the patients.  However the build may take 8-9 months. In that time if stuff hits the fan other stuff might open up.

It says they can terminate if we default in anyway and keep deposits in one billed point.

Under that they say they can exercise other rights or remedy here in or within law.

I’m obviously going to get an attorney. Was just digging for help on here.

I really appreciate everyone’s info. To answear some other questions, he is not having us pay for the 150 grand worth of upgrades upfront. So he probably would be pretty hard on us.

Wife and I are building a new home. We had to place a 3 percent deposit. Builder is financing it up front. We are securing with loan at end...

Can we walk away if the market crashes and better deals open up? I know we will lose deposit. But can the builder come after us for more? I’m saying without cause other than value had plummeted.

Any info is appreciated .

Here is a Wikipedia article describing one of the websites he used as a source.

Let me guess... wiki is far left and biased?

@Account Closed you forgot to add hydroxy. That’s what were using in hospitals more so now. Once we run out off PPD it’s going to be devestating. Even if the death rate is 0.5 percent. The virulence of this organism is so high that wild still mean so much death.
