Eyeing a SFR inside a gated community, but don't know if will be worth the spread.

Hi @Sanjeev Advani, there's a commercial outpost (truck stop) in there and I wanted to know the feasibility of being a good investment.

It's about 2.5 acres piece of land with a 1700+ commercial building on top and a mobile home as owner's quarters about 20 minutes of Barstow.

As I live in Southern California and don't venture much past East of 5 FWY or 14 Freeway, I don't know much of the market over there, but looks like there're opportunities either to purchase some land, properties or even some businesses.

Who's investing in those areas: Hinkley, Barstow?
