Hi, Just wondering, in case there is no active lease, like lease expired couple of years back.

So, right now we don't have any signed lease for active current period of time.

What that mean, Tenant can leave any time or has to give some notice, if yes then for how many days notice?

My question is specific to New Jersey state( in Bayonne, Newark, Jersey city etc).
