Hi BP Community,

I am an all cash investor looking to buy properties in Orange County ( OC ). I am looking for fixer upper, distressed and / or original condition properties. I am looking to partner up with wholesalers and agents in order to scale my inventory. I target anywhere in OC, Los Angeles ( LA ) and San Bernardino ( Inland Empire ) including: Irvine , Orange , Newport Beach , Santa Ana , Anaheim , Huntington Beach , Costa Mesa, Laguna Beach, Fullerton, Mission Viejo, Tustin , Garden Grove, San Clemente , Dana Point, Lake Forest , Laguna Niguel, Brea , San Juan Capistrano, Yorba Linda, Aliso Viejo , Fountain Valley , Buena Park , Laguna Hills , Westminster, Rancho Santa Margarita , Seal Beach , Cypress, La Habra, Long Beach, Cerritos, West Covina, San Pedro, Harbor City, lemerit Park, Bell, Bell Gardens, Hawaiian Gardens, Corona, Los Alamitos, Riverside, Ladera Ranch, Compton, Wilmington, Carson, Torrance, Lomita, etc.
