@Stephanie P. thank you for the detailed reply. As we are on this subject, buying a property all cash and after closing securing a mortgage, do I have any fees that I need to pay in duplicity? for example county fees or stamps, etc. ?  they reason I am asking is there is a potential property that if I pay it in cash I can get it in the price that it makes sense, but I don't want to keep all the quity in that property alone...

@Account Closed thank you. Makes sense. Somehow it will be paid, either upfront or through the intesrest rate.

Looking for someone to finance some properties in order to purchase new ones. Sometime ago, I heard about a Broker who would finance and he would pay for the closing costs. Any suggestions? any catch in this process?

@Nathan Olds agree, but as I said to Joe, cannot find any positive cash flow in this market...

@Michael Cabaña based on experience, when the appraiser arrives, hand him a list of upgrades/large maintenance done to the house with the costs associated with it. Also, give him a quick and clear explanation about the main good point about the house and the surrounding. Will also help to list the last few sales (last 6 months) of houses similar to yours especially from square footage perspective. I know the appraiser is going to do this research but it doesn’t harm to show him the numbers.

Good luck!!!

Houses prices are sky high in South Florida, so, even though interest rates are low, finding a good deal nowadays is almost impossible. What is your strategy these days???
