Hi @Miranda Knutsvik does wholesaling still legal in Metro Vancouver? I would love to know if what you've learned about wholesaling a year ago. I wanted to get in on wholesaling to accumulate more capital for my REI. Thanks in advance! Have a great day! Keep safe!

I want to become a wholesaler with the proper training from an expert. I have sufficient knowledge of real estate investing but don't have much experience. I was wondering if there's a wholesaler/investor offers hands-on training locally in lower mainland?

@Travis Lucy I would talk to a mortgage broker. They will know exactly what you need to do. From building your credit score, find a better rate, lender and on top of that their service is free. My two cents. Cheers!

Hi @Jeffrey Kay, investor here in North Vancouver. I have two strategies that an working right now. I'm looking to flip properties in some areas in B.C (Chilliwack, Mission, Abbortsford) and buy-and-hold in Edmonton. I have teams in place already which it takes a lot of work by the way. If you want to connect and meet up just let me know. Cheers!

You want to take a look at Calgary and Edmonton. I met a seasoned investor(REIN member as well) in ACRE summit in Vancouver last month and they are looking for investors for Commercial Multi-Family in Edmonton. They live and invest in Edmonton and they know well the area. Let me know if you like to connect with them. I use REW, Zillow, and Realtor.ca for property research.

I'm currently working on acquiring a small MF in Edmonton using the BRRRR strategy with my rockstar agent and contractor there.

Hi Brendon,

I would love to meet you up. I've just attended an ACRE summit and meet a couple seasoned investors. I would love to share what I've learned and some insights with Edmonton/Alberta market. I can connect you with other investors as well.

I would like to know what type or strategy of investing are you exploring.

Let me know what works best for you.

Cheers,

Eddy
