@Brendon Chui welcome to BP. I’m investor as well from North Vancouver. Do you have a team already in Edmonton? Agent? And are you looking for commercial MF properties? I’m currently working with a realtor in Edmonton, he’s an investor as well and awarded the REIN realtor of the year.

Hi @Ryan Brocklebank, I'm wondering if you have any recommendations for realtors that are
knowledgeable in multi family investing in that area, as well as good
property management companies?

Hi @Mark Locki, I was wondering if Sean Power helped you purchased your property and what property manager did you use?

Post: Steps to take for out of province rental property

Hello fellow Canadians, I would like to ask for guidance for my first out of province investment. I found a fixer-upper property that it use to be a home daycare in Moncton, NB. Is there any regulation that I should know before converting a home daycare to a rental property?

I have limited budget and flying back and forth is very expensive. What is the best way to handle this, I would like to use the BRRRR strategy but have not found my agent and contractor yet. I'm stuck and I don't know my next step...

Just a couple photos of the outside building so I don't know the interior condition of the property.

Thanks in advance!

@Nathan Hillier regarding - are you dead set on building in BC?

No, I'm actually looking at Edmonton and PEI and considering US market as well. Just don't know much about US.

Hello fellow Canadian BP members,

My name is Eddy and I'm a new real estate investor here in North Vancouver.

I was wondering if someone in British Columbia is using the BRRR strategy? Which area are you buying and if the property still have a decent cash flow? I would like to know is this still works considering the housing price difference compare to other provinces and US market.

Thank you in advance,
