Hello BP,

I live about 30 minutes from the Florida Keys, and I've noticed quite a few vacant businesses in my area. I was wondering if anyone was interested in investing in commercial real estate, if so I would gladly send over a few leads, I'd like to make a generous referral fee if it's possible.

When you're involved in a joint venture wholesale deal, and you're the one bringing the property to the table, who's contracts are supposed to be used? Yours or the other investor?
