So I met with an attorney yesterday to get my contracts looked over. I'm in Atlanta, GA, the subject of cash buyers was discussed and he told me that there were limited cash buyers in the market. And if someone did have the cash to buy a house, they wouldn't be looking for a middle man. They would be looking for a real estate agent. What do you guys think about this?

If a house seems to look like it's a tear down, would it be hard to find a buyer? Found a house that looks like it needs to be completely reconstructed.

I found three vacant properties in the same area. I went to the tax assessor website to find the owner of these three houses. And according to the website the same person owns all three of the properties. I've never seen these before. What do you guys think about this??

@Dave Passey WOW I've heard that once before, but it didn't really sink in too much. I will definitely keep that in mind. Thanks for the response.

Hey BP fam, I have a question. I have not completed my first deal yet. When meeting with the seller after the purchase price has been met, do you read and go over the purchase and sale agreement with them, or let them go over the contract themselves and sign the appropriate fields?

I'm located in Atlanta, GA area. If anyone is looking to partner up with a new wholesaler you can shoot me a message. I know a few things about the business, I've consumed a lot of content. I'm really eager to learn more. I have not completed my first deal yet, but my goal is to complete the first one very soon. I'm a coach able individual, I have the drive and passion to achieve success. If you're willing to train, that would be a plus. My ultimate goal is to exit the rat race. Thanks

Hi BP fam, I have a question. When looking for houses on Zillow, sometimes it will say "Note: this house is not for sale or for rent. What does that technically mean? Should you not try to flip it(wholesale)? I've driven for dollars went back to search it and that's what it said on the majority of the houses. What does it mean? Thanks
