Newbie in Fort Lauderdale eager to be get in Real estate

Hi Guys, 

My name is  Stanley Merine. For as long as I can remember I've been in the freight forwarding business, I'm currently the traffic manager for a this freight Forwarding company in Miami, I make ok money some might say but not nearly what I'm worth, perhaps that just my opinion..lol..naw..it's true. Nonetheless Real estate became my new love interest. I love the freedom that can be achieved if you do it well and the versatility in the different deals that one can make happen. Since I'm low on available funds I  believe the quickest way for me to get started is in Wholesaling. I've read a few books on the subject and I believe I know the basics. I've already ordered some business cards to start my networking campaign and I KNOW this is going to be a very interesting journey but I'm ready. Going to need a lot of help guys.
