Im not sure if it would work but try visiting your local title rep and develope a relationship. If your a realtor you get acccess to property reports maybe as an investor you can convince them it will be worth it for them to give you access.

Thanks Jay I beleive this agent would like to stay in the loop. What should I say to that. Or would she be pushing it asking for a referral fee on any future transactions?

Hi community. I have a question about referral fees.

1) I told an agent I was wholesaling properties, she told me she would connect me with an active RE investor.

I understand that on the first property a 20-50% referral fee could be justified.

Im not sure what the proper referral fee should be on the following transactions. I mean I believe that she should get something.

I believe in cooperation not competition I just dont want to commit to giving a bigger cut than appropriate.
