Referral Fees

Hi community. I have a question about referral fees.

1) I told an agent I was wholesaling properties, she told me she would connect me with an active RE investor.

I understand that on the first property a 20-50% referral fee could be justified.

Im not sure what the proper referral fee should be on the following transactions. I mean I believe that she should get something.

I believe in cooperation not competition I just dont want to commit to giving a bigger cut than appropriate.

Thank you in advance for any and all advice.
