Hi Tatiana, has this sold?  I have a builder that works in that area.

Thanks for your interest.  The home is currently vacant.  The previous tenant who just moved out was a family member, and that is why the rent was so low at $1600.  My client consulted a property management company, and they suggested $1975 a month in rent.
