mutifamily but I'd be happy to just find a good enough deal worth investing in right now.

All I see right now is signs of inflation. I think we just have to get used to everything costing more and from what I see in my area, jobs are paying more as well.

Sold my Jeep Wrangler and bought a 2008 honda fit. Used the extra money from that and cash out refinanced my house to buy my first rental at the beginning of this month. Better gas mileage too so I'm happy.

Sounds to me like more of a head ache and one side being mad at the other for making out better.

I would suggest reading a couple of bigger pockets books and see what strategy sticks out most to you. These books will teach you so much. I would start with the book on how to invest in real estate found in the bookstore on this website. There's alot to learn before jumping in and every bigger pockets book I've read has made me realize there is more to it than most people think. While reading these books study your market and figure out what areas you'd like to invest in. I'm a beginner and with doing this I'm closing on my first investment property which will also be a learning experience as well. Overall just always try to learn and improve but don't forget to move forward while doing so.

That's where the problem lies, it's a 4 bedroom house. It was a deal I was looking at and this was the only thing holding me back. Sorry should have been more clear, I just needed a quick answer.

For the sounds of the inspection is my only option to upgrade to the time dose? I don't like the sound of not being able to replace the whole system if it goes bad.

It's in boyers junction pa. I like it because it's less than 10 minutes from the largest employer in my country with over 8000 employees who get paid well for the area. I think the reason there aren't any rents in the area is because most people own in the area.

There is a house in an area where there are no other houses for rent within 10 miles that are similar. How would you guys go about figuring out what rents should be?
