Hi my name is Dylan Cronkhite, after several months of studying I have passed my Washington real estate brokers examination!!! I am now in the process of applying for my license and choosing a broker. I have some questions, can you help?

How did you choose the brokerage firm you wanted to work with?

Was it easy?

What are some key topics to focus on when deciding who to work with a specific brokerage?

How many brokerages would you recommend looking into in my local area? (we have plenty)

Is there any make or break factors for you?

@Mason Scholtes absolutely no problem! I work at ups so I often go to many different parts of spokane, have a wonderful day and happy Memorial Day weekend

@Mason Scholtes I have no serious experience in it but I live in Spokane, and I am working towards becoming a licensed real estate agent for Washington state, so let me know if you would like any specific properties pictures sent to you I would love to help out somebody who shares similar goals and aspirations!

@Ryan Dale

Oh most definitely that's very similar to me except I have not worked as long as you in other careers so I am not yet financially able to start any investing YET, but I do plan on learning the industry inside and out to the very best of my ability so that in the future when my financial standing will allow it I can invest with as much comfort as money can allow within reason. I mostly plan on investing in multi family homes between 2 and 4 units in the beginning using the BRRRR method that David Greene teaches in his book BRRRR! The reason I have chosen to start with 2-4 units is because they qualify for FHA loans and I do want to house hack through this process as well so I would be living in a unit for at least a year (meeting the limitations of the fha loan), getting to know the tenants coming in to occupy other units and understanding exactly how it is to live in the property to be able to provide the best quality of life for the tenants.

@Ryan Dale thank you very much! I will most likely take you up on that offer!! What magnetized you towards real estate? Are you more interested in the investing aspect or sales?
