Anyone ever use this service or anything similar? I wonder if it could be worth it for when I am away on vacation or as a supplemental property manager. Thoughts?

Great show guys! I would love to hear a show on using credit cards for down payments as you mentioned in the podcast. I am thinking of how to buy my next property with little cash and those credit card checks I get in the mail seem pretty tempting.
