Hey there,

Just had a quick question. I having been marketing to out of state landlords, now im looking to market to lan lords that have filed for evictions. How can i obtain this list? If its online how do i access it, to where i can get all the info including the house in question.

If i have to go to the court house, how do i ask for this information, and what will they give me?

I have seen the info online for example it says "unlawful detainer" it has plantiff and defendant, but it doesnt show you the address. I think it has the case number though.

Could i maybe write the case numbers down and then have some one in the office look them up? Just a thought. Someone that has experience in pulling eviction list in cook county would be helpful thanks

Hey i have a situation, and maybe you can help!

I have a buyer who is looking for a Brick property in the following locations

Riverdale, dolton, Calumet city and Calumet Park, Illinois

His budget is 20k, he will do the work, so it can be work needed, just not a gut rehab. He is willing to put 8k down and pay the remaining 10.5k in full over 6months.

He is willing to let the the investor hold the deed until payied off! Do you know anyone who is interested in hearing more about this!

I dont know if this is breaking the rules, but im just trying to solve a problem!

Do you have access to properties in those area's?

Thanks @Scot Howat I went to an event or meet up..in schaumburg this past week it was awesome, met some great people! I was able to give out some helpful advice, to some new investors and to some experienced investors as well. I loved soaking up all the advice form them to.

The atmosphere was intense, we had a guest speaker from ohio cash flow. Great advice from that guy. Dan breslin and Joe mueller, put on an great event, pure content. All in all sharing is caring..lol

Oh yeah we caught 1 train 2 buses 1 subway and a bike to get there but it was worth it. Just kidding about the bike. Check out the ride back home

Hey there, Bp pockets community,

Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself real quick!, I jumped into this business 2years ago after reading some books. i finally took some action and started off in the st louis market first. Ive been looking at bp for about 3 yrs, but just finally decided to sign up! This site has alot of information and i cant wait to get involved in seeing how i could provide value to others.

Well i thought i would duplicate the same system in the chicago market, as i set up in the st louis market. Basically after reading some books, i found one approach fairly simple to do so i tried it out, that was finding buyers and going shopping for them..lol

Well to make a long story short is that i needed to find other investors that had access to deals directly, because when i was dealing with so called wholesalers that had properties..they were involved in what i hear now as being a daisy chain.

So in order to make this work in chicago, i know i will have to get out there and network at some local events..Hopefully becoming a major contributor on here, i can connect with some great people in any given market that have some integrity..So excited to be here!!!
