Hey i have a situation, and maybe you can help!

I have a buyer who is looking for a Brick property in the following locations

Riverdale, dolton, Calumet city and Calumet Park, Illinois

His budget is 20k, he will do the work, so it can be work needed, just not a gut rehab. He is willing to put 8k down and pay the remaining 10.5k in full over 6months.

He is willing to let the the investor hold the deed until payied off! Do you know anyone who is interested in hearing more about this!

I dont know if this is breaking the rules, but im just trying to solve a problem!

Do you have access to properties in those area's?
