@Monica Young That's Awesome! Seems like you have the right mindset on becoming great in the future. The local meet ups are a great way of networking. I might actually run into you at one of the local meetups one day. Good Luck on your Journey.

@Monica Young Hey Monica! Welcome to Bp. The great thing is you actually decided to take control of your financial future which is the Key. There are a ton of books that I could recommend. I see you read the great "Rich dad poor dad" The Book that changed my Life was "Think and Grow Rich" and "The Richest Man in Babylon" Two Greats! My opinion i would say you don't need to spend $4000 on coaching when you can pick the brains of investors for free at local meet ups, here on BP and through the minds of investors from their books.  Going the house hacking route is a great way to get your feet wet in the game. Just keep Learning, and never give up! I wish much success too You and your husband on all y'all Journey.

@Ashli Evans Time to find another agent. You shouldn't have to come out of pocket with anything if no inspection was physically conducted.

@Stephanie Nguyen-Lieu Hi Steph! Congrats on your Journey. Sounds like you have a general idea on what you would like to accomplish. Keep Learning as much as you can. There is an array of education and experienced individuals on here who would loved to help you out. I have learned a ton on here myself. I would say just never stop learning and asked as many questions as you can. There is no such thing as a "dumb" or "bad" question. Keep up the Nice work! Good luck on your journey!
