@Brian H.

I'm from Mt. Airy, NC. I'm located about an hour from Charlotte and an hour from Boone.

Eager to learn and meet new friends in this part of the country.

@Patrick Bartlett

Thank you for the guidance

@Zachary Inman

Do you own any barndos?

Im Considering building a barndo to re-sale. I know this is a new thing, so I wondered if any of you have done this and what are the pros and cons.

@Tyler Fischer

Hey I'm a rookie investor and I'm working on the Charlotte market. Can you please send me those groups. I'd greatly appreciate it.

@Patrick Bartlett thank you for the info, I'm considering setting one up to sell, and just trying to see how it compares to a normal home as far as value

My wife sells barndos online nationwide. People are buying them to make houses out of them. They are basically a metal building that has been finished on the inside and they are considered an inhabitable structure. My question is how would you access the value of one, and would it appreciate In value like a house?

@Joshua Janus

Can u suggest any good ones?
