Im Considering building a barndo to re-sale. I know this is a new thing, so I wondered if any of you have done this and what are the pros and cons.

Hi @Dusty Eaton

One of your biggest drawbacks is a limited renter pool. There are certainly potential tenets out there, but not as many as a traditional condo or SF home.
