Hi everyone. I will be listing our house in Kennesaw, GA for around 190k. Cash is preferred, or a quick closer as I have another property in my sights  Very soon and would prefer a fellow BPer. I can vouch for Caleb. I contacted him to help out my parents in the Myrtle Beach area. He was professional, and quick -they found a house with him in a matter of a day or two.

I use the leases provided on BP from the Pro account and usually add a few things like a clause to allow showings 1 month out from lease end. This has really helped to keep low vacancy rates.

I would like to learn more about your group Dennis.

Did anyone reply to your privately? I like how you listed your options etc. What did you end up doing?

Hi all,

I have a small buy and hold deal that needs to be done by Aug 17 in Romulus,

I do not want to pay cash for it so I am looking for a conventional loan that could pan out quickly, but the it is a small deal at 85k.  I am a buy and hold investor so I am looking to get some leads on lenders or banks to check out. I am also planning on adding a bathroom and or bedrooms in the basement, so any referrals in this area would be appreciated.
