@Brionne Moss

@Jared Rogers

Thanks! I only have a few thousand.

Any suggestions on how to gain cash for investments?

I wouldn't mind putting up collateral except all I own is my primary residence.

I have been looking into a few options for financing. Has anyone heard of seekcapital.com or fundingforflipping.com? If so, what do you think?  I'm thinking I can use them to purchase and refinance after I get a property.

Hey guys, I'm ready to purchase my first investment property. Does anyone have suggestions for the best ways to fund the purchase? I do not have enough cash for a conventional loan. I live in North Carolina I am open to any lenders. I am not willing to use any collateral. Thanks in advance.

I saw a big Victorian home, that is obviously abandoned, while driving the other day. After a little research I discovered that the property has no address and is part of a pretty big lot. How do I find out more info about this? With no address I can't find the owner. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm new to BG and REI. I live in North Carolina. I keep bouncing back and forth between buy and hold and flipping. I am currently leaning towards flipping. Does anyone have any advice on which is better to start with? Also, what's a good ROI for those options. I read so many different things and wonder what your opinion is. Thanks!
