My PM is having challenges finding a contractor in Canton that will handle this work that includes tile. Any recommendations for contractors in the Canton area would be greatly appreciated!

Looking to verify estimated cost of the below in Cleveland:

"The old galvanized pipe and cast-iron joints are beyond salvaging. They need to be cut out and replaced. Around 5 to 7 feet of pipe work needs to be done"

What is the best way to handle in order to minimize the most risk + provide a legal paper trail to show proper procedures/laws were followed?

I would not recommend the contractor that provided that quote. I onboarded a new property manager more recently who has been handling needed work. They have been solid. 

Do you pay for these plans ($10/mo)? Are they worth it?
