Cleveland market folks who have experience with rehabs.....do these costs look in line with your experience?

Carpet and paint seem high for only 1k sf. Not sure how many GFI's or light fixtures need to be done but I'd take a double look at that electrical cost as well. Again, depends on how many outlets and fixtures.

But like everything else in the world, prices are sky high right now. Make sure you get bids from at least 2 or 3 contractors.
