I would assume the realtor as you said.  Maybe watch the local banks websites for their foreclosure listings.  Could also see a distressed property and get I touch win the owner.  These are just my suggestions as that's what I'm in the market for aswell.  ANY outside input would be appreciated.

I'm currently 27. Purchased a Tri-plex and a SFR this year so far. I'm possibly going to be putting in an offer for another SFR on Monday and have an owner financed deal in the negotiating stages for another Tri-plex. I have a lot to learn, but in giving it a shot. The best hobbies are the ones you love AND make you money. Doesn't feel like a job.

@Ross Bernard If you like your car that much, then don't get rid of it.  I'm not sure about the used truck market where your at but a $2000 truck used just for maintenace on a rental property or two will do just fine.

I'm a car fanatic my self and I wont part with my toys just for a truck to use on rentals.

@Ross Bernard I understand what your getting at, I think.  A G37 is a nice car but its far from a Ferrari.  I wouldn't show up in a 10k suit and tie, but just normal everyday/working attire.  Personally I drive an old junker S10, main reason being every time I go to one of my properties I try to do something constructive.  I usually show up in either jeans or Carhart pants.

In my opinion you don't want them to think, hey he's doing fine if I don't pay my rent it's just pocket change.  I don't think your giving off that image.

@Douglas Larson Yes it really depends on the place.  Theirs matte finished epoxy aswell.  Theirs also form "edge inserts" that you can use to get broken edges, full bullnose, etc.  obviously color can be altered aswell.

@Sandy Uhlmann I really like the epoxy over existing counter tops.  I'd love to see a how-I video on this if you have a link by chance.

Doesn't look bad at all.  Maybe consider a bright color door to really set It apart.

I actually made a form and poured them.  A total of 31 linear feet of countertop and a 6' x 10" section.  Lots of polishing and several coats of a self leveling epoxy, applied by a foam brush.

I am currently remodeling my parents home and I used something similar.  Only I used this on concrete counter tops.  If your looking for relatively cheap ($10per linear ft) counter tops, I would definately suggest it.

When I coated the concrete I had a problem with small pits causing air bubbles.  Took me some time to figure it out but it happened, and their GORGEOUS.
