Driving for Dollars

Awesome job! Congrats

They work great for keeping people from calling the cops on you.  I drive neighborhoods real slowly and it prevents neighbors from thinking I'm trying to case the neighborhood for a robbery.  

Take one step at a time to reach your goals.  It sounds like you have the right idea and a good knowledge of what a deal looks like.  You may just simply need to find a local mentor to take the next step and help you with your deal selection.

You could always try wholesaling any of the properties that are way under Market Value as your first step to learning how a deal gets completed.

My method is mathematically intense. 

Step #1) Get in your car

Step #2) Buy a gatorade at 7 11

Step #3) Drive neighborhoods and write down addresses of ugly houses.

Step #4) Market to them

Now comes the hard math part.

Then take 10% of what you make and send it to me for giving you the secret to finding awesome deals.
