What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Loved it at first sight! It's in the heart of downtown and a place where residents can work, play, and live all in one community.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

On the market for 13 days and paid all cash to acquire it.

Cash.

How did you add value to the deal?

This will be a re-development opportunity with a brand new structure and many amenities that will be offered.

Hey BP family! First time purchasing, unique deal. I'm looking at purchasing 2 single family properties located on 1 parcel of land as a small multifamily. Lower-middle area and collects about $1400/month total. Any quick insight is greatly appreciated! Questions: 1.) Do these type of properties rent well? 2.) Creative Financing options?
